 Tropical Storm Debby: Causes extensive flooding in the Southeast

On Friday, Debby tropical storm could dump around 20 inches of heavy rainfall and some areas like the isolated could receive up to 25 inches or more as per the National Weather Service.

 

On Tuesday, this tropical storm made it's daylong crawl through the southeast on the coastal areas from northern Florida to the Carolinas were inundated with the rainfall. People left streets underwater as the evacuations were ordered by the officials and they conducted the rescues and warned of a dam that was near failure due to this heavy and powerful storm.

 

Forecasters state that as the storm unleashes historic and possibly "catastrophic" floods across the region, conditions are only anticipated to get worse this week.

As per the official news source, the Debby could dump near about 20 inches of rainfall and in some isolated areas, it can be more than that as per the officials. By the middle of the week, the heavy rain will start to dump its heavy rainwater northward from north carolina to the middle Atlantic.
